Protein fluff

The tastiest and per calorie most filling snack in the world. Kind of. Take my word for it and give it a try. Here is how to make it. 


Nutrition: ~250kcal, 38g protein, 15-20g carbs, 1g fat.

Ingredients:

200-250g frozen berries (bluberries and strawberries tend to work best)
1.5dl casein protein powder (vanilla is tastiest, Whey works too but the fluff gets thinner)
0.5-1dl water
Cinnamon, cocoa powder (optional)

Directions:

Gently thaw berries for 30-60s in the microwave. Mash and mix with protein powder and water. Use a strong electric whisk or mixer and mix thoroughly for a few minutes till the concoction expands (“fluffs up”). Top with cinnamon and/or cocoa (and maybe some grated coconut as well) and enjoy the treat.
